Common use of New Orders Clause in Contracts

New Orders. If Entegris receives an order from Metron on or prior to March 31, 2001 with respect to customers located in Europe or April 30, 2001 with respect to customers located in Asia, Entegris shall process such order in the ordinary course of business in accordance with the terms of the Metron Agreement and the ▇▇▇▇▇ Agreement.
