Common use of New Orders Clause in Contracts

New Orders. All Participating Members need not order at the time of the signing of this agreement. New orders for UPCC Book Collections on MUSE may be placed at any time. New orders by Participating Members will be billed at the price established in section VI.A above. New orders must be placed via the Consortium to receive the Discounted Price. JHUP will bill the Consortium each month for any new orders placed, with payment due within 60 days of receipt of invoice.
