Common use of New Pad Connections Clause in Contracts

New Pad Connections. Producers shall provide Gatherer prior Notice as soon as practicable of the expected date of first production for each new pad or pads with one or more Producer ▇▇▇▇▇ in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇. Such Notice to Gatherer shall include (i) the location of the pad or pads and ▇▇▇▇▇ to be connected to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Gathering System, and (ii) the projected date of final completion and testing of such well or ▇▇▇▇▇ to be connected to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Gathering System on such pad or pads. Following such Notice, Producers and Gatherer shall reasonably cooperate with each other in developing and providing to the other Party such other information and data regarding such pads and ▇▇▇▇▇ reasonably requested by such Party, including, if requested by Gatherer, Producers’ or Producers’ Affiliate’s good faith estimate of the Gas reserves for each such well or ▇▇▇▇▇ and the projected monthly production profile for the first 5 Years after initial production for each such well or ▇▇▇▇▇. Because of the interrelated nature of the actions of the Parties required to obtain the necessary permits, authorizations, and rights of way from the appropriate state and local agencies and other Persons necessary to drill and complete each such well and construct the required extensions of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Gathering System to the pad or pads for such well or ▇▇▇▇▇, the Parties agree to work together in good faith to obtain such permits, authorizations, and rights of way as expeditiously as reasonably practicable, as provided herein. The Parties agree to cooperate with each other and to communicate regularly regarding their efforts to obtain such permits, authorizations, and rights of way.
