NEW TEACHER INDUCTION PROGRAM. All teachers who are new to the School District are required to attend the School District's teacher induction program prior to the beginning of the school year as a condition of employment. New teachers hired after the beginning of a school year are required to participate in the next available training session as a condition of employment. Each new teacher will be paid at the rate as described for staff development in APPENDIX II for his/her required attendance in the teacher induction program.
