NEXT REVIEW DATE Sample Clauses

The 'Next Review Date' clause establishes a specific future date on which the agreement or its terms will be formally reviewed by the parties involved. Typically, this clause sets a calendar date or a recurring interval (such as annually) for the review, ensuring that the contract remains up-to-date and relevant to the parties' needs. By mandating regular reviews, this clause helps prevent outdated terms, addresses changing circumstances, and ensures ongoing compliance with the agreement.
