NEXTWAVE PROVIDED SERVICES. NextWave plans to offer a family of enhanced services which may include voice mail, enhanced voice (with out-dial-to-a-pager capability), short messaging, custom calling features (i.e., call waiting, three-way calling, call forwarding, no answer transfer, etc.), single number service, fax store and forward, e-mail, star features and information services. These services will be offered to COMPANY on an individual and/or package basis on terms to be agreed upon.

  • Excluded Services All Coverage Types

  • Included Services If any services, functions, or responsibilities not specifically described in this Agreement are an inherent, necessary, or customary part of the Services or are required for proper performance or provision of the Services in accordance with this Agreement, such services, functions, or responsibilities are deemed to be included within the scope of the Services to be delivered for the Charges, as if such services, functions, or responsibilities were specifically described in this Agreement.
