Common use of No Acceleration or Creation of Rights Clause in Contracts

No Acceleration or Creation of Rights. Neither the execution and delivery of this Agreement nor the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby will result in the acceleration or creation of any rights of any person to benefits under any Employee Plan (including, without limitation, the acceleration of the vesting or exercisability of any stock options, the acceleration of the vesting of any restricted stock, the acceleration of the accrual or vesting of any benefits under any Pension Plan or the acceleration or creation of any rights under any severance, parachute or change in control agreement).
