No Action by Other Purchasers. No Purchaser other than the Agent shall pursue any remedies in respect of an “Event of Default” under the Notes, an “Event of Default” under the Security Agreement or any other default under any of the Transaction Documents, it being the intent of the Purchasers that any an action to enforce rights of the Purchasers under any of the Transaction Documents be brought by the Agent as the representative of all Purchasers in a single action.
