No Action Except Under Specified Documents. The VG Funding Eligible Lender Trustee shall not otherwise deal with the Interim Trust Loans except in accordance with the powers granted to and the authority conferred upon the VG Funding Eligible Lender Trustee pursuant to this Agreement and the VG Funding Purchase Agreement.
