No Action Except Under Specified Documents. The Bluemont Funding Eligible Lender Trustee shall not otherwise deal with the Interim Trust Loans except in accordance with the powers granted to and the authority conferred upon the Bluemont Funding Eligible Lender Trustee pursuant to this Agreement and the Bluemont Funding Purchase Agreement.
