No Actions Constituting a Breach. From the date hereof through the Closing Date, neither ▇▇▇▇▇, GSAC, Matrix, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Tanks nor ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will take or knowingly permit to be done anything in the conduct of the business of the ▇▇▇▇▇ Parties or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, as the case may be, or otherwise, which would be in or represent a misrepresentation, breach of warranty or non- fulfillment of any covenant or agreement on the part of that Party under this Agreement, and each of the Parties hereto shall cause the deliveries for which such Party is responsible at the Closing to be duly and timely made.
