Common use of No Additional Collateral Clause in Contracts

No Additional Collateral. With the exception of Mortgage Loans identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as having additional collateral, the Mortgage Note is not secured by any collateral except the lien on Mortgaged Property created by the corresponding Mortgage and the security interest or any applicable security agreement or chattel mortgage referred to in Section 3.02(j) above;
