Common use of No Additional Duty Clause in Contracts

No Additional Duty. No provision of this Section 5.7 or any other provision of this Agreement shall impose on the Administrative Agent any duty or obligation to verify the existence or adequacy of the insurance coverage maintained by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries nor shall the Administrative Agent be responsible for any representations or warranties made by or on behalf of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries to any insurance company or underwriter.
