No Additional Representations and Warranties. Except for the express representations and warranties provided in this ARTICLE III and ARTICLE IV, none of the Sellers, the Company, their respective Affiliates nor their respective Representatives has made, or is making, any representation or warranty of any kind or nature whatsoever, oral or written, express or implied, relating to the Sellers or any Acquired Entity (including, but not limited to, any representation or warranty relating to financial condition, results of operations, assets or liabilities of the Acquired Entities) to Buyer or any of its Affiliates or their respective Representatives, and each of the Sellers and the Company, on behalf of itself and its Affiliates and Representatives, hereby disclaims any such other representations or warranties, and no such party shall be liable in respect of the accuracy or completeness of any information provided to Buyer or any of its Affiliates or their respective Representatives, other than the express representations and warranties provided in this ARTICLE III and ARTICLE IV.
