No Additional Requirements Clause Samples

The "No Additional Requirements" clause establishes that neither party is obligated to meet any conditions or requirements beyond those explicitly stated in the agreement. In practice, this means that parties cannot impose new duties, standards, or obligations that are not already documented in the contract, such as extra documentation, approvals, or performance criteria. This clause ensures contractual certainty and prevents disputes by clarifying that all expectations are contained within the written agreement, thereby protecting both parties from unexpected or unilateral demands.
