Common use of No Additional Work Clause in Contracts

No Additional Work. Except as permitted in Section 10, no claim for additional services, not specifically provided in this Agreement, performed or furnished by Provider, will be allowed, nor may Provider do any work or furnish any material not covered by this Agreement unless the work or material is ordered in writing by the Project Director.
