NO ADVANCE PAYMENT. No advance payment shall be made for the products and services furnished by Contractor pursuant to this Cooperative Purchasing Master Agreement; Provided, however, that the parties agree that maintenance payments, if any, may be made on a quarterly basis at the beginning of each quarter.
