NO ALLOCATIONS. If, for a Plan Year, there are no allocations of Employer contributions or forfeitures for any Key Employee, the Plan does not require any top heavy minimum allocation for the Plan Year, unless a top heavy minimum allocation applies because of the maintenance by the Employer of more than one plan.
