No Allowance Within A Twenty-Five (25) ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇. With the exception of Bell Island, the provisions of this Article shall not apply where an employee is escorting a patient within the same city or town, or another city or town within a radius of twenty-five (25) miles of the health care facility.
