Common use of No Alteration Clause in Contracts

No Alteration. not alter, modify or in any manner change the (1) elevation and exterior colour scheme of the Said Shop/Apartment and the Said Building and (2) design and/or the colour scheme of the windows, grills and the main door of the Said Shop/Apartment. In the event the Allottee/Transferee makes any alterations/changes, the Allottee/Transferee shall compensate the Developer/the Association (upon formation) (as the case may be) as estimated by the Developer/the Association (upon formation) for restoring the same to its original state.
