No Amendments to Certain Documents. The Borrowers will not, and will not permit any Guarantor to, at any time cause or permit its certificate of limited partnership, agreement of limited partnership, articles of incorporation, by-laws or other charter documents, as the case may be, to be modified, amended or supplemented in any respect whatever, without (in each case) the express prior written consent or approval of the Lender, if such changes would adversely affect Lexington's REIT status or otherwise materially adversely affect the rights of the Lender hereunder or under any other Loan Document.
