Common use of No Assignments to the Borrower or Affiliates Clause in Contracts

No Assignments to the Borrower or Affiliates. Anything in this Section to the contrary notwithstanding, no Lender may assign or participate any interest in its Commitments or any Loan or LC Exposure held by it hereunder to TCPC, the Borrower or any of their respective Affiliates or Subsidiaries without the prior consent of each Lender.
