NO AUTOMATIC RENEWAL FOR SOFTWARE SUBSCRIPTIONS. Contractor shall not include any automatic renewal provisions in their quotes or ordering documents for any software subscriptions. Any such automatic renewal provisions will have no effect and will not be binding to the Purchasing Entity. Upon the expiration of the initial Purchase Order term, Purchasing Entity, at its sole discretion, may send a request to Contractor to renew the Purchase Order. If there is no such request for extension, the parties will have no future obligations to each other under this Cooperative Purchasing Agreement.

  • Software Updates ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to keep current with software licensed from Skyward and will install new versions on a timeline approved by ▇▇▇▇▇ governance. This timeline will be communicated by NWRDC to the Districts.
