Common use of No capacity Clause in Contracts

No capacity. The Company may decline to receive Grain for storage on behalf of the Client in a Company Facility if: (a) the capacity in that Company Facility allocated to a particular Binned Grade fills; and (b) the Client is unable to make additional space available for that Binned Grade by either movement of the Grain to another Company Facility or by Outturn of the Grain.
