No Change of Warrant Necessary. Irrespective of any adjustment in an Applicable Exercise Price or in the number or kind of shares or other property issuable upon exercise of the Warrants, the Warrant Certificates theretofore or thereafter issued may continue to express the same Applicable Exercise Price and number and kind of shares issuable upon exercise per Warrant as are stated in the Warrant Certificates initially issued pursuant to this Agreement.
