Common use of No Collateral Attack Clause in Contracts

No Collateral Attack. This Agreement shall not be subject to collateral attack by any Class Member at any time on or after the Effective Date. Such prohibited collateral attacks shall include, but shall not be limited to, claims that the payment to a Class Member was improperly calculated or that a Class Member failed to receive timely notice of the Settlement Agreement.

No Collateral Attack.
