Under penalty of perjury, the Contractor warrants that its offer to contract with the Governing Board to become certified as a Certified Service Provider and provide services as required in this Contract has not been arrived at collusively or otherwise in violation of either federal antitrust laws or the antitrust laws of any Streamlined State.
