No Commingling. Borrower will not commingle its funds and other assets with those of any Affiliate, Guarantor, any of Borrower’s members, managers, partners or shareholders or any other Person.
No Commingling. In no event shall any Security Deposits, any Gross Collections or any other funds from the Property be commingled with any other funds, and in no event shall any funds attributable to the Property of one Owner be used for the benefit of the Property of another Owner.

9.3.2 PRC represents and warrants that, except for inchoate tax Liens and Liens permitted by the Intercreditor Agreement, there is only one third party (including such third party’s successors and assigns) that has a claim to any Excluded Third Party Inventory.
No Commingling. The MGA shall not commingle any premium or escrow trust funds with personal accounts or other funds held by MGA in any other capacity.
