No Commingling. In the event that any cash or cash proceeds other than Collections of Receivables are deposited or credited to any Lock-Box Account, the Seller shall, or shall cause, such cash or cash proceeds to be identified and withdrawn from the Lock-Box Account within three Business Days of such deposit or credit.
