No Condemnation Proceeding Clause Samples

The "No Condemnation Proceeding" clause serves to confirm that, at the time of agreement, there are no ongoing or threatened government actions to seize or condemn the property in question. In practice, this means the seller assures the buyer that the property is not subject to eminent domain proceedings or similar governmental takings, which could affect its value or future use. This clause protects the buyer from unknowingly acquiring property that may be lost or devalued due to government intervention, thereby ensuring the integrity and usability of the asset being transferred.
