No Consequential or Indirect Losses. 19.16.1 The liability of the Power Producer and Procurer shall be limited to that explicitly provided in this PPA. Provided that notwithstanding anything contained in this PPA, under no event shall Procurer or the Power Producer claim from one another any indirect or consequential losses or damages.
