Common use of No Continuing Rights Clause in Contracts

No Continuing Rights. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, ASP Partner will immediately cease all display, advertising and use of all Broadbase trademarks, trade names, logos and designations and will not thereafter use, advertise or display any trademark, trade name, logo or designation which is, or any part of which is, similar to or confusing with any trademark, trade name, logo or designation associated with any Product.
