No Creation of Encumbrance. The Transferors hereby guarantee and undertake that the Transferors shall not create any charge, mortgage, and lien and/or shall not sell, transfer, convey and/or enter into any agreement with any person other than the Purchaser in respect of the Unit And Appurtenances, subject to the Purchaser fulfilling all terms, conditions and obligations of this Agreement.
