No Deduction or Withholding. All moneys to be paid or repaid to the Bank under this Agreement and the Security Documents must be paid:- 7.3.1 unconditionally and without any restriction or condition; and 7.3.2 without any deduction of any kind including, without limitation, deductions for any bank charges or commissions, any kind of withholding, set-off or counterclaim against the Bank for any matter or on account of any taxes or duties or charges.
