No Defects. Ablecom warrants that the Products will operate in all material respects in accordance with the Specifications and will be free of defects in design for a period of six (6) months after the acceptance of the designs by Supermicro. If Supermicro should determine at any time within the warranty period that these materials do not operate in accordance with the Specifications, Supermicro shall notify Ablecom of the problem in writing, and Ablecom will promptly take at its expense all reasonable steps to correct the problem.
