No Disparaging Remarks. Neither Party shall make, or cause to be made, any statement or communicate any information (whether oral or written) that disparages or reflects negatively on the other or any of the parties released hereunder. Nothing herein shall preclude either Party from complying with a subpoena or other lawful process.
