Common use of No Double Coverage Clause in Contracts

It is expressly understood that the City's obligation to provide optical, health, dental, and dependent life insurance under this agreement may be satisfied through family coverage extended to another City employee outside this bargaining unit or otherwise, and that in such case both employees must be covered by the same insurance carrier under one subscriber's name.
