No Duplication or Acceleration of Benefits. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, no participant in any Seaport Entertainment Benefit Arrangements or any other benefit plans or arrangements of a member of the Seaport Entertainment Group shall receive benefits that duplicate benefits provided to such individual by a corresponding HHH Benefit Arrangement, and no participant in any HHH Benefit Arrangements or any other benefit plans or arrangements of a member of the HHH Group shall receive benefits that duplicate benefits provided to such individual by a corresponding Seaport Entertainment Benefit Arrangement. Furthermore, unless expressly provided for in this Agreement or required by applicable Law, no provision in this Agreement shall be construed to create any right to accelerated vesting or entitlements to any compensation or benefit plan on the part of a Continuing HHH Employee or Transferring Employee.
