The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate Property that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee in its individual capacity that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust EstateProperty.

The Owner Trustee Trust Company nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee Trust Company that are not related to the Trust Company’s role as Owner Trustee or the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien Lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, Commission filing (including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing filings required under the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act) for the Trust Issuer or to record this Agreement or any Basic Transaction Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust EstateEstate or the Trust.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust EstateProperty, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.036.3; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any Basic Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any filing for the Trust with the Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust or to record this Agreement or any Basic Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate Property that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee (solely in its individual capacity) and that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust EstateProperty.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Issuer or the Owner Trustee is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.036.3; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any Basic Transaction Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien Lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, Commission filing (including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing filings required under the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act) for the Trust Issuer or to record this Agreement or any Basic Transaction Document. The Owner Trustee [ ] nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee [ ] that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Trust Estate. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility or liability for or with respect to the genuineness, value, sufficiency or validity of the Trust Estate.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.03; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any Basic Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust or to record this Agreement or any Basic Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee Trust is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement the Transaction Documents or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.03; 5.03 and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any Basic Transaction Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Owner Trust or to record this Agreement or any Basic Transaction Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee in its individual capacity that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation or termination statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust or to record this Agreement or any Basic Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee (solely in its individual capacity) and that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Issuer or the Owner Trustee is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.036.3; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any Basic Transaction Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, Commission filing (including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing filings required under the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act) for the Trust Issuer or to record this Agreement or any Basic Transaction Document. The Owner Trustee Wilmington Trust Company nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee Wilmington Trust Company that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.035.3; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any Basic Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, Commission filing (including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing filings required pursuant to the S▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act of 2002 or any rule or regulation promulgated thereunder) for the Trust or to record this Agreement or any Basic Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee (solely in its individual capacity) and that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, the Transaction Documents or any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee is a partyor thereby, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Trust Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.03; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Trust Agreement or any Basic other Transaction Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust or to record this Trust Agreement or any Basic Transaction Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee in its individual capacity that are not related to the Trust, this Trust Agreement, the Trust Company’s serving as Owner Trustee or the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Issuer or the Owner Trustee is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.036.3; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any Basic Transaction Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien ▇▇▇▇ granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, Commission filing (including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing filings required under the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act) for the Trust Issuer or to record this Agreement or any Basic Transaction Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Trust Estate. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility or liability for or with respect to the genuineness, value, sufficiency or validity of the Trust Estate.

The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing to file any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or otherwise to otherwise perfect or to maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust or to record this Agreement or any Basic Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee (solely in its individual capacity) and that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee or the Trust is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.03; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any other Basic Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien Lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust or to record this Agreement or any other Basic Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate Property that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee in its individual capacity that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust EstateProperty.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, of or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.036.03 hereof; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any Basic other Transaction Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust or to record this Agreement or any Basic other Transaction Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.03SECTION 5.3; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any Basic Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, Commission filing (including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing filings required pursuant to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act of 2002 or any rule or regulation promulgated thereunder) for the Trust or to record this Agreement or any Basic Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee (solely in its individual capacity) and that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, service, dispose of, of or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.036.3; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any other Basic Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust or to record this Agreement or any other Basic Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Delaware Trust Company, N.A., in its individual capacity or as the Owner Trustee that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee or the Issuer is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.03; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any other Basic Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien Lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust Issuer or to record this Agreement or any other Basic Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens (other than the Lien of the Indenture) on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee in its individual capacity that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, of or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, this Agreement or any document contemplated hereby hereby, except the duties expressly required to which be performed by the Owner Trustee is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.03; 6.3, and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any Basic other Transaction Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or otherwise to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust or to record this Agreement or any Basic other Transaction Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will Trustee, in its individual capacity, shall, however, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens lien (other than the lien of the Indenture) on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result results from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee Trustee, in its individual capacity, that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust EstateEstate or the Trust or the Owner Trustee’s serving as trustee of the Trust.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Issuer or the Owner Trustee is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.036.3; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any Basic Transaction Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien Lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, Commission filing (including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing filings required under the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act) for the Trust Issuer or to record this Agreement or any Basic Transaction Document. The Owner Trustee Wilmington Trust Company nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee Wilmington Trust Company that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.03; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any other 2016-B Basic Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder hereunder, preparing or to prepare or file filing any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust Issuer or to record this Agreement or recording any 2016-B Basic Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee in its individual capacity that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust or the Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, this Agreement or any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee Trust is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.035.03; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any Basic Transaction Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for any filing or recording, including filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it or the Trust hereunder or to prepare prepare, execute or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust Trust, or to prepare any tax forms, returns or reports or to record this Agreement or any Basic Transaction Document. The Owner Trustee in its individual capacity nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee in its individual capacity that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust EstateEstate or the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.036.3; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any Basic Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation or termination statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust or to record this Agreement or any Basic Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee (solely in its individual capacity) and that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, of or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.03; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any Basic other Transaction Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust or to record this Agreement or any Basic other Transaction Document, which shall be the responsibility of the Servicer pursuant to the Transfer and Servicing Agreement. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee in its individual capacity that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate. The Owner Trustee has not participated in the preparation of the Offering Memorandum and shall not be liable to any Person on account of any statement therein or omission therefrom, except as to information furnished in writing to the Trust specifically for use in connection with the preparation of the Offering Memorandum or the admission to trading of the Offered Notes.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust or the Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, this Agreement or any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.035.03; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any Basic Transaction Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for any filing or recording, including filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust or to record this Agreement or any Basic Transaction Document. The Owner Trustee Trust Company nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee Trust Company that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust EstateEstate or the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder hereunder, preparing or to prepare or file filing any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust Issuer or to record this Agreement or recording any 2018-B Basic Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee in its individual capacity that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, Commission filing (including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing filings required under the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act) for the Trust Issuer or to record this Agreement or any Basic Transaction Document. The Owner Trustee Bank nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee Bank that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Trust Estate. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility or liability for or with respect to the genuineness, value, sufficiency or validity of the Trust Estate.

The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.036.3; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any Basic Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement or amendment thereto in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien Lien granted to it hereunder by the Issuer or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust Issuer or to record this Agreement or any Basic Transaction Document. The Owner Trustee Wilmington Trust Company nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee Wilmington Trust Company that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee in its individual capacity that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement or amendment in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien ▇▇▇▇ granted to it hereunder or to prepare or or‌ file any filing, Commission filing (including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing filings required under the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act), for the Trust Issuer or to record this Agreement or any Basic Transaction Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee in its individual capacity that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

The Owner Issuer Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Issuer Trustee is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Issuer Trustee pursuant to Section 6.03Article IV; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any Basic Document against the Owner Issuer Trustee. The Owner Issuer Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust or to record this Agreement or any Basic Document. The Owner Issuer Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Issuer Trustee that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.036.3; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any Basic Operative Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust or to record this Agreement or any Basic Operative Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee (solely in its individual capacity) and that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.035.3; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any Basic Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust or to record this Agreement or any Basic Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee (solely in its individual capacity) and that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, the Transaction Documents to which the Trust is a party or any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee is a partyor thereby, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.03; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any Basic other Transaction Document to which the Trust is a party against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Except pursuant to appropriate written instructions from the Servicer, the Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust or to record this Agreement or any Basic Transaction Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee that are not related to the Trust, this Agreement, the Trustee’s serving as Trustee or the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, the Transaction Documents or any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee is a partyor thereby, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Trust Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.03; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Trust Agreement or any Basic other Transaction Document against the Owner Trustee. The Except as may be expressly provided in any Transaction Document, the Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust or to record this Trust Agreement or any Basic Transaction Document. The Owner Trustee Trust Company nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee Trust Company that are not related to the Trust, this Trust Agreement, the Trust Company’s serving as Owner Trustee or the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.03; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any other 2013-B Basic Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder hereunder, preparing or to prepare or file filing any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust Issuer or to record this Agreement or recording any 2013-B Basic Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee in its individual capacity that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, of or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.03; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any Basic other Transaction Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust or to record this Agreement or any Basic other Transaction Document, which shall be the responsibility of the Servicer pursuant to the Transfer and Servicing Agreement. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee in its individual capacity that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any has no duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Issuer or the Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.035.03; and no implied duties or obligations shall are to be read into this Agreement or any Basic other Transaction Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have has no responsibility for any filing or recording, including filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust Issuer or to record this Agreement or any Basic other Transaction Document. The [Owner Trustee Trustee] nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.03; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any other 2014-A Basic Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder hereunder, preparing or to prepare or file filing any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust Issuer or to record this Agreement or recording any 2014-A Basic Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee in its individual capacity that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee or the Trust is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.036.3; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any other Basic Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust or to record this Agreement or any other Basic Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens lien (other than the lien of the Indenture) on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result results from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document direction or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.036.3; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any Basic Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation or termination statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust or to record this Agreement or any Basic Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.035.3; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any Basic Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust or to record this Agreement or any Basic Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee and that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee Trust is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement the Transaction Documents or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.035.03; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any Basic Transaction Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Owner Trust or to record this Agreement or any Basic Transaction Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee in its individual capacity that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, of or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee or the Issuer is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.03; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any Basic Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien Lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust Issuer or to record this Agreement or any Basic Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee in its individual capacity that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust EstateProperty, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee or the Issuer is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.03; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any Basic Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility responsibility, other than as set forth in Section 6.07, for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien Lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust Issuer or to record this Agreement or any Basic Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate Property that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee in its individual capacity that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust EstateProperty.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.035.3; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any Basic Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust or to record this Agreement or any Basic Document. The Owner Trustee WTC nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee WTC and that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.03; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any other 2015-A Basic Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder hereunder, preparing or to prepare or file filing any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust Issuer or to record this Agreement or recording any 2015-A Basic Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee in its individual capacity that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, service, dispose of, of or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.036.3; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any other Basic Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust or to record this Agreement or any other Basic Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, [________], in its individual capacity or as the Owner Trustee that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Issuer Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Issuer Trustee is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Issuer Trustee pursuant to Section 6.03Article IV; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any Basic Basic‌ Document against the Owner Issuer Trustee. The Owner Issuer Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust or to record this Agreement or any Basic Document. The Owner Issuer Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Issuer Trustee that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Issuer or the Owner Trustee is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.036.3; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any Basic Transaction Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien Lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust Issuer or to record this Agreement or any Basic Transaction Document. The Owner Trustee BNY nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee BNY that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Trust Estate. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility or liability for or with respect to the genuineness, value, sufficiency or validity of the Trust Estate.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement Agreement, any other Basic Document to which the Trust is a party or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to as contemplated by Section 6.03; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any other Basic Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust or to record this Agreement or any other Basic Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will shall, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.03; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any other 2015-B Basic Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder hereunder, preparing or to prepare or file filing any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust Issuer or to record this Agreement or recording any 2015-B Basic Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee in its individual capacity that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any has no duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Issuer or the Trust EstateProperty, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.035.03; and no implied duties or obligations shall are to be read into this Agreement or any other Basic Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have has no responsibility for any filing or recording, including filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust Issuer or to record this Agreement or any other Basic Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate Property that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust EstateProperty or the transactions contemplated hereby or by the other Basic Documents.

The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust or to record this Agreement or any Basic Transaction Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Owner Trust or to record this Agreement or any Basic Transaction Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee in its individual capacity that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

The Owner Trustee Wilmington Trust Company nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee Wilmington Trust Company that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Trust Estate. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility or liability for or with respect to the genuineness, value, sufficiency or validity of the Trust Estate.

The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for any filing or recording, including filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it or to the Trust hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust or to record this Agreement or any Basic Transaction Document. The Owner Trustee Trust Company nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee Trust Company that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust EstateEstate or the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents.

The Owner Trustee in its individual capacity nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee in its individual capacity that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust EstateEstate or the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents.

The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing to file any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or otherwise to otherwise perfect or to maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder under the Indenture or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission SEC filing for the Trust or to record this Agreement or any Basic Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee (solely in its individual capacity) and that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien Lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust or to record this Agreement or any Basic Related Document. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or in any Related Document, the Trustee shall not be required to execute, deliver or certify on behalf of the Trust or any other Person any filings, certificates, affidavits or other instruments required under the S▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act of 2002, if applicable. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for any filing or recording, including filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it or the Trust hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust or to record this Agreement or any Basic Transaction Document. The Owner Trustee in its individual capacity nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee in its individual capacity that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust EstateEstate or the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents.

The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation or termination statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust or to record this Agreement or any Basic Document. The Owner Trustee Trust Company nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee Trust Company that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust EstateEstate or the Owner Trustee's serving as owner trustee of the Trust.

No Duties Except as Specified in this Agreement or in Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, service, dispose of, of or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.03; 6.03; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any other Basic Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. in its individual capacity or as the Owner Trustee that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.

The Owner Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, make any payment with respect to, register, record, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Owner Trust Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, any document contemplated hereby to which the Owner Trustee is a party, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement or in any document or written instruction received by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.036.3; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or any Basic Document or, with respect to Certificates, any Series Supplement or any Series Related Document against the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee shall have no responsibility for filing any financing or continuation statement in any public office at any time or to otherwise perfect or maintain the perfection of any security interest or lien granted to it hereunder or to prepare or file any filing, including any Securities and Exchange Commission filing for the Trust or to record this Agreement or any Basic Document or, with respect to Certificates, any Series Supplement or any Series Related Document. The Owner Trustee nevertheless agrees that it will will, at its own cost and expense, promptly take all action as may be necessary to discharge any liens Liens on any part of the Owner Trust Estate that result from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee (solely in its individual capacity) and that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Owner Trust Estate.
