NO EASEMENTS. The Tenant shall not be entitled to any rights whether of light and air or otherwise (save as expressly granted by this Lease) which would restrict the free user for building or otherwise of the Building or any adjoining or neighbouring premises. Section 62 Law of Property Act 1925 will not apply to this Lease.
