No Endorsement of Member Content. You acknowledge and agree that BrowSAP Solutions Pvt. Ltd(opc) does not endorse the content of any Member and is not responsible or liable for any content, even though it could be unlawful, harassing, libelous, privacy invading, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that it infringes or may infringe the intellectual property or other rights of another. You acknowledge that BrowSAP Solutions Pvt. Ltd(opc) does not pre-screen all content, but that BrowSAP Solutions Pvt. Ltd(opc) and their designees will have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse, edit, move, or remove any content that is publicly available via the service.

  • Policy Cancellation Endorsement Except for ten days notice for non-payment of premium, each insurance policy shall be endorsed to specify that without thirty (30) days prior written notice to the City of Sparks, the policy shall not be cancelled, non-renewal or coverage and/or limits reduced or materially altered, and shall provide that notices required by this paragraph shall be sent by certified mailed to the address specified above. A copy of this signed endorsement must be attached to the Certificate of Insurance.
