NO EXCEPTIONS. Any current Tenant(s), opting to exercise this option, will be required to execute a new Agreement within fourteen (14) days of providing their notice of intent and agrees to abide with all provisions and rates stated therein. Landlord reserves the right to deny the renewal option to any tenant.
