No Exclusions. For the purposes of sections 16(2)(e) and (f) of the Act, the Vendor and the Purchaser acknowledge and agree that none of the assets of the Vendor are excluded from the Vendor’s Assets and that none of the liabilities of the Vendor are excluded from the Vendor’s Liabilities.
