No Expenditures. Entity Name and the Town acknowledge and agree that the Town shall not be required, except as expressly provided herein, to make any expenditure, incur any obligation, or incur any liability of any kind whatsoever in connection with this Agreement or the ownership, construction, operation, maintenance, repair, or removal of the System Except with the prior express written consent of the Town, Entity Name shall not use the Lease Area for any use other than the installation, operation, maintenance, repair and removal of the System.
