No Export For Military Uses and Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction Clause Samples

The "No Export For Military Uses and Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction" clause prohibits the transfer, sale, or export of goods, technology, or services for military applications or in support of the development, production, or use of weapons of mass destruction. In practice, this means that parties must ensure their products are not supplied to military end-users or used in nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons programs, often requiring due diligence and compliance checks. The core function of this clause is to prevent the misuse of exported items for harmful purposes, thereby supporting international security and legal compliance with export control regulations.
