No part of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Property or any other properties, mining rights or Permits of the Company or any Subsidiary have been taken, revoked, condemned or expropriated by any Governmental Entity nor has any written notice or proceedings in respect thereof been given or commenced, or to the knowledge of the Company, been threatened or is pending, nor does the Company or any Subsidiary have any knowledge of the intent or proposal to give such notice or commence any such proceedings.
