No Extension of Term. Whenever either Party is required to commence or complete any action within a specified period, such period shall be extended by an amount equal to the duration of any event of Force Majeure occurring or continuing during such period; provided, however, that, subject to Section 2.2(c) hereof, in no event will any Force Majeure event extend this Agreement beyond the Services Term.β€Œ
