Common use of No Financing Statements or Security Agreements Clause in Contracts

No Financing Statements or Security Agreements. As of the date hereof, no Grantor has filed or consented to the filing of any financing statement or security agreement naming a Grantor as debtor and describing all or any portion of the Collateral that has not lapsed or been terminated except (a) for financing statements or security agreements naming the Term Collateral Agent on behalf of the Term Secured Parties as the secured party and (b) as permitted by Sections 4.01(f) and 4.01(g) (including those pursuant to the ABL Credit Agreement and the Senior Notes Indenture).
