Common use of No Force Majeure Event Clause in Contracts

No Force Majeure Event. No event, condition or circumstance has occurred and is continuing for which the Company has given a notice of “force majeure,” and the Company has not received such notice from any other Person that could reasonably be expected to entitle the Company or such notifying Person to excuse, defer or suspend the performance of any of the material obligations of the Company or such notifying Person under any Transaction Document to which it is a party on the basis of “force majeure.”
