Common use of No Forecasts Clause in Contracts

No Forecasts. American Regent shall not be required to provide forecasts for the supply of the Product in the Field. It shall purchase Product by providing Purchase Orders. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Parties shall meet and confer at least once every calendar month to discuss the business issues generally related to the supply and Marketing of the Product (including anticipated demand and supply of Products).
